Why we started QCS.
We started Quality Convenience Services because the vending industry was stuck: outdated machines, unreliable service, and hosts treated as afterthoughts. Facility managers would call about stuck snacks and broken card readers; nobody answered.
We run two formats. AI smart coolers for venues that want the modern grab-and-go experience: bigger selection, no stuck snacks, tap-to-pay, fewer service calls. And traditional snack & drink vending machines for venues where a reliable coil machine is the right fit. Refurbished units with modern cashless readers, stocked and serviced on the same schedule.
Either way, hosts and their people get a better experience; we operate a tighter, more reliable business. We're family-run, based in Rancho Cucamonga, and we answer the phone.
